Breakout Bras 30 Day Return/Exchange Policy

Breakout Bras is committed to excellent customer service. We understand that finding the right bra or swimsuit when purchasing online can be challenging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item that meets the requirements listed below for an exchange, refund, or store credit within 30 days of receipt.

If you live within 50 miles of our retail location, our in-store return policy applies, and orders over $150 are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customers in this radius are encouraged to visit for a fitting if they are unsure of what size or style to order.

Our in-store (purchase and pick-up) return policy excludes the following items for return or exchange: swimwear, shapewear, strapless bras, panties, bodysuits, corsets/bustiers, babydoll or lingerie items, breast pads, bridal items, girdles, Fashion Essentials brand items, and Clearance or Final Sale items. If you are unsure about the fit of an item, please try it on in-store before leaving the premises.

Requirements For Returns/Exchanges:

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet hygiene requirements:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days in unworn, unwashed, and brand-new condition (free of odors, including perfume, body odor, or cigarette smoke; deodorant; stains; and pet hair).
  • All original packaging and tags must be included and intact.
  • Panties must be tried on over a pair of your own clean underwear. Returned panties and other items with a crotch area are inspected closely to ensure they are in pristine condition.
  • Items must be returned in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during shipment (e.g., formed or hard-cup bras should not be crammed into envelopes or boxes too small, which could crush the product).
Items Not Eligible for Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit:
  • NuBra Products, Booby Tape Products, NOOD Products, Nipple Covers, Hoisery, Breast Pads, and Breast Forms
  • Laundering Products (Lasting Care Wash products, Soak products, etc.)
  • Mapale Sets in the "Sexier Lingerie Sets" section
  • Products in the Final Sale category 

Please be aware that some items are non-returnable for in-store or curbside pickup. We cannot accept returns on swimwear, strapless bras, adhesive bras, or panties. If you are unsure about the fit of an item, please try it on in-store before leaving the premises.

 

RETURN SHIPPING FOR ORDERS IN THE U.S.  **Please see the below note about multiple exchanges**

U.S. customers have two options for returns or exchanges:

1. Use our Returns Portal to receive a shipping label. For customers requesting a refund, the cost of the shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. For the first exchanges or for requests for store credit, there is no charge for the shipping label.

*Note: When using the Returns Portal, enter the order number from your confirmation email, as order numbers on your packing slip may not work.

2. Customers may choose their own shipping method for returns. We recommend using a trackable method (USPS First Class is the least expensive and offers tracking; most customers prefer this method for manual returns). If you ship your return manually, no costs are deducted from your refund amount.


RETURN SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.

Customers outside the U.S. may use any shipping method for returns and are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable method. You may still use the Returns Portal to submit your return or exchange request.

Processing Time:

Most returns and exchanges are inspected and processed by our Returns Department within 2–5 business days of receipt.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, return it using the Returns Portal and select the item(s) you wish to receive. If there is a price difference owed to you, it will be credited to your original payment method. If a price difference requires payment for the exchange item(s), we will send an invoice via email for the balance due, which must be paid before the exchange can ship. For exchanges or returns of already exchanged items, contact Customer Service at service@breakoutbras.com.


Refunds:

For refunds, we will apply a credit to your original payment method, minus the cost of the return shipping label (if applicable). Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the credit to post to your account. Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable.


Late Returns/Exchanges:

Returns outside the 30-day window require authorization from Breakout Bras. Please email service@breakoutbras.com or call 1-864-627-0200 for authorization before returning. We reserve the right to refuse late returns. Eligible items returned after 30 days may receive store credit, minus the cost of the return shipping label.

 

**Policy for Multiple Exchanges**

We are committed to ensuring you love your purchase, which is why we offer free shipping on your order and free first exchanges, including return shipping to us and shipping of the exchange item back to you. To help you choose the perfect item from the start, we provide detailed size guides, product descriptions, and customer reviews on our site.

To keep our prices fair and maintain the quality you expect, we cannot cover shipping costs for additional exchanges or returns beyond the first exchange. We understand this may feel limiting, and we truly value your satisfaction. By focusing our resources on free shipping and a generous first exchange, we aim to deliver the best possible experience while keeping our offerings sustainable and environmentally friendly (fewer shipments mean less waste). For additional exchanges or returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
