The band is made of a softer material than most Anita sports bras, making it incredibly comfortable. The 5530 fits up to a UK F / US G cup and is suitable for a wide range of breast shapes. Anita sports bras typically fit more snugly in the band, and this style is no exception. I recommend ordering the band size up with either one of two cups down, depending on how firm you want the control. The semi-encapsulated cups prevent you from bouncing during your workout, as well as keep your breasts from smashing together in the center for the dreaded uniboob look. It gives really amazing support if you are within its size range.
