Prize Breakdown: Private Bra Fitting: The $1000 in free products includes bras, panties, or other items of the winner’s choice, subject to availability. The fitting will take place at Breakout Bras’ retail store between 8 - 10 am on June 13th, 2025 Spa Day: The Journey spa day package at MG Grand Day Spa includes 30 minute Classic Swedish Massage, Pick Me Up Beauty Flash Facial, Cloud 9 Pedicure, and Heavenly Hand Treatment / Manicure for the winner and their guest. Additional services may be available at the winner’s expense. Hotel Stay: The three-night stay at AC Hotel in downtown Greenville includes standard accommodations for two from June 12-15, 2025. Hotel will be reserved in winners' names. Upgrades or extensions are at the winner’s expense. Dinner: The dinner for two in downtown Greenville includes a meal at Hall’s Chophouse, up to a value of $150, in the form of a gift card. Alcoholic beverages and gratuity are not included. *Transportation: For the US national or Canadian winner only. They will be provided a round trip flight. They will also have Uber gift cards to cover traveling expenses. Amounts beyond what is provided on the gift card is at the winner's expense. |

Official Rules: Selection Process: Winners will be randomly selected on May 1 and NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL OR PHONE within 5 business days. The winners will be receiving an email from: marketing@breakoutbras.com. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen. We will also make an announcement on all our social media platforms who the winners are. WE WILL NOT CONTACT YOU THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA COMMENTS OR MESSENGER ABOUT BEING A WINNER. WE WILL NOT ASK FOR PERSONAL INFORMATION OR PAYMENT ON SOCIAL MEDIA. ANYONE WHO DOES IS A FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your odds of winning. Tax Responsibility: Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with the prize, including income tax. A 1099-MISC form may be issued for prizes over $600 (for US residents). Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, winners consent to Breakout Bras using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposed without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. |

Breakout Bras may cancel, modify, or substitute any prize (with an alternative of equal or greater value) if fulfillment is prevented by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, strikes, or governmental actions, without liability. |

Breakout Bras, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any loss, injury, death, or damages (direct or indirect) arising from participation in this giveaway or use/enjoyment of any prize, including but not limited to travel, spa services, dining, or products received. Participants assume all risks. Breakout Bras is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to the prize (e.g., hotel availability, spa closures) due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a comparable alternative may be provided at Breakout Bras’ discretion. This giveaway is governed by South Carolina law. Disputes will be resolved in Greenville, SC courts. |

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless specified by Breakout Bras. If any winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, another winner will be chosen. The Canadian or US National winner needs to confirm ability to travel on those dates within 7 days after notification. The prize must be redeemed by June 13, 2025, or it will be forfeited. |

US National winners need to have proper required documentation for travel. Real IDs or passports will be required for domestic flight by May 7th, 2025. We will not be covering any costs associated with obtaining these travel documents. Check your state website on the requirements and instructions for how to get your Real ID if you do not already have one. Winners are solely responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (e.g., Real ID, passport) and complying with all U.S./Canadian entry requirements. Breakout Bras is not liable for travel delays, denials, or costs due to inadequate documentation. Winners are responsible for any incidental expenses during the hotel stay, such as room service, parking, or additional nights. Valid identification and compliance with hotel check-in requirements are required. |

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: please make sure that your passport is up-to-date and you have all the travel documents necessary to travel to the United States. We will not be covering any costs of these travel documents. Here is a helpful website that lists many travel tips and guidelines for Canadians, including paying duty and taxes on goods purchased in the United States. |

By entering into the contest, you are agreeing to not hold Breakout Bras responsible for any additional costs of your trip outside of car transportation, plane tickets, hotel reservations, spa reservations, and dinner reservations. Breakout Bras will not be paying for any taxes or duties that are required for goods that were purchased while on your stay in the United States. |
